How can I become a member?
If you are a member of our site, you can click on the "Member Login" link in the upper right corner of the screen and log in to your account with your e-mail and password. If you want to become a member, visit our site and click on the "Member Login" link in the upper right corner of the screen. On the page that opens, you can click on the "Register" link, fill in the required information and complete the membership process.
Can I shop without being a member?
You can shop from Sportime.com.tr without becoming a member. After adding the products to your cart, simply click on the "Continue as Guest" link.
Can I update my membership information?
After logging in, go to the "My Account" section in the upper right corner and click on the "My Account Information" tab. You can change any information you want in fields such as Name, Surname, Gender, Date of Birth and Mobile Phone Number on this page. Since the e-mail address is unique for each membership, e-mail address changes cannot be made.
I forgot my password, how can I change it?
If you have forgotten your password that you used when you became a member of Sportime.com.tr, click on the "I Forgot My Password" button in the "Member Login" section and a page will open where you can enter your membership e-mail address. When you enter your e-mail address and click on the "Send Reset Link" button, the password link will be sent to your e-mail address. By clicking on the incoming link, you can determine your new password on the page that opens and log in to your account.
PAYMENT
How do I pay? What are the payment options?
After adding products to the cart and confirming the cart, you can proceed to the payment page by selecting the address and shipping. When you proceed to the payment page, you can make the payment by credit card or debit card (account card).
Can I pay by cash on delivery or money order/EFT?
We do not have a cash on delivery or money transfer/EFT payment method.
Can I use 3D secure payment method?
Sportime.com.tr uses the 3D secure payment method. 3D Secure is an identity verification system developed by card organizations to ensure secure online shopping. In the 3D Secure system, when a virtual payment transaction is made, the cardholder is asked for a payment password that only he/she knows, and the cardholder's identity is verified. In this way, your credit cards are prevented from being used by unauthorized people on the internet.
Can I pay in installments? Is interest charged?
With our contracted Bonus, World, Maximum, CardFinans, Paraf, Axess and Advantage credit cards, transactions can be made in up to 9 installments with a 2-term difference on the cash price.
Can I pay with a campaign discount coupon code?
You can make payments with coupon codes defined specifically for your name or brands. When you write the coupon code in the "Promotion Code" section on the right corner of the screen and click the "Apply" button, the coupon code amount will be deducted from the basket amount. The discount code cannot be used after the order is created.
Can I create a corporate invoice?
When entering the invoice address information, you can create a corporate invoice by selecting the "Corporate" option in the "Address Information" section and entering the requested information.
SECURITY
Is it safe to shop at Sportime.com.tr?
When making a payment, credit card information is encrypted using 256 bit SSL and automatically reaches the bank where the payment is made. During this transaction, the information is only sent to the bank and is not stored by Sportime.
Is my credit card information stored?
To ensure the security of your data, your bank or credit card information is not stored.
Is my personal information safe?
Your personal information is stored in accordance with the membership agreement you approved during membership. For detailed information, you can visit the link https://sportime.com.tr/aydinlatma-metni .
ORDER
How can I order?
To add the products you like to your cart and make a purchase, click on the "My Cart" button in the upper right corner of the screen and click on the "Go to My Cart" button. When the cart page opens, you will be transferred to the address information page by clicking on the "Complete Order" button in the middle right of the screen. If you are logged in as a member, you can select a registered address or add a new address. If you are logged in as a guest, you must fill in the address information.
After checking the address information and selecting the shipping method, click on the "Payment Step" button at the bottom left of the screen. After entering the payment information, you can confirm the order by filling in the "Distance Sales Agreement, Preliminary Information Form" box and then pressing the "Complete Order" button.
After confirming your order, you will be directed to the 3D secure payment page and an SMS will be sent to your phone number registered in the bank system. After entering the password sent by SMS and confirming the transaction, your order will be received.
I received an error while creating an order, what should I do?
If you receive an error during the ordering process, you can clear the search history of the browser you are using and try to process again from a different browser. If the error/errors you receive are related to the card, you need to contact the bank.
Can I add a gift note to my order?
There is a gift note section on the My Cart page. If you wish, you can mark the "Your gift note" box and create a gift note.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Orders with a gift note are sent gift wrapped.
Will my order invoice come with the product?
All orders, except for gift products, are sent to your address with an invoice. The invoice is also sent to the e-mail address you provided during the order. If you wish, you can also access your invoice by visiting the "My Orders" page.
How can I find out the order status?
After you complete your order, an e-mail containing your order information will be sent to your registered e-mail address. You can check the status of your order by entering your order number and e-mail address on the "My Orders" page or in the "Order Tracking" section under the "Help" heading.
Can I make changes to my order?
No changes can be made to the orders that have been created. If you wish, you can cancel the order and create a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish, you can contact our Customer Relations team to request an order cancellation. Orders that have been prepared or delivered to cargo cannot be canceled, and you can send the cargo package for return without receiving it. Refunds will be made after the products reach our warehouse and the necessary checks are made.
DELIVERY & CARGO
Which cargo companies do you work with?
We work with Yurtiçi Kargo company.
Will I pay shipping fees?
Shipping is free for purchases of 5000 TL and above. Shipping fee is charged for orders under 5000 TL.
Do you deliver abroad?
Orders are delivered to addresses in every region of Türkiye. Delivery is not made abroad or to Cyprus.
Can I change the delivery address?
Address changes cannot be made on orders. Your order is sent to the address you specified during the order creation phase.
How many business days will it take for my products to be shipped?
At Sportime.tr, orders are prepared within 1-2 days, and orders placed on weekends and public holidays are prepared on the first following business day. Orders are delivered to cargo within an average of 2-4 business days.
We deliver orders to addresses in every region of Türkiye, but unfortunately we cannot deliver abroad and to Cyprus at the moment.
Cargo delivery times may vary depending on the areas designated as mobile areas and where deliveries are made on certain days of the week.
How can I track my products delivered to cargo?
After the order is delivered to the cargo, we send the cargo tracking information to the contact information you provided during the order via e-mail and SMS. You can see the order status and estimated delivery date by logging into your account and going to the “My Orders” page. If you are not a member, you can check the order and cargo status by entering the order number and e-mail address in the “Order Tracking” section under the “Help” tab.

What should I pay attention to when receiving my cargo?
When the order reaches your address, if there is any crushing, deformation, wetness or any situation that may damage the product in the box, do not forget to open the box with the cargo officer and check the condition of the products. If you see any damage in the products, you can not accept the products and ask the cargo officer to keep a "damage detection report". The products for which a report is kept will be delivered to our warehouse by the cargo company and the return/exchange process of the products will be carried out. Sportime.com.tr will not be responsible if you receive the product without following these steps.
My cargo has not been delivered, what should I do?
If you are not at your address, the products are sent to the distribution branch of the relevant cargo company. Products that are not received from the distribution branch within 2 days are returned to our company. In such a case, you can contact our Customer Relations team and submit your request.
My invoice was not delivered with my product, what should I do?
All orders, except for gift products, are sent to your address with an invoice. The invoice is also sent to the e-mail address you provided during the order. If you wish, you can access the invoice by visiting the "My Orders" page.

SHOPPING CREDIT
How can I use shopping credit?
- When you click on the Pay with Iyzico option, you can create your order by clicking on the SHOPPING CREDIT option at the bottom of the page.
- Valid for orders over 1000 TL.
- iyzico Mobile application must be installed on your phone.
How do the cancellation and return processes proceed for the order I placed with Shopping Credit?
- When you want to return or cancel the product , the basket amount of the product (not the interest-bearing loan amount to be paid to the bank) is transferred to the iyzico account as soon as the return is approved.
- The refunded amount cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a different bank account than the bank account from which the loan was drawn.
- Based on the request, iyzico sends the money to the account from which the loan was drawn and the user can close the loan via their bank's mobile, internet branch or call center, depending on the withdrawal period and rules of each bank. This process is entirely between the bank and the user.

What are your campaign conditions and practices?
Our campaigns are held periodically and are only valid on sportime.com.tr.
It is not possible to benefit from more than one campaign at the same time.
Our campaigns are limited to certain products and stocks.
Sportime reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel the campaign conditions if deemed necessary.
RETURN
Can I return the products I bought from Sportime.com.tr?
You can return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt.
What are the product return conditions?
- The product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging with its original labels.
- Clothing products must be in their original packaging and their original tags must not have been removed.
- The relevant amount is reflected on the card by the bank within an average of 10 business days.
- If any, the accessories of the product sent with the product must be sent completely.
- Shoes must be in their original boxes with the original tags attached. The tags on the shoe box must not have been removed or altered in any way.
- The original packaging of the product must not be damaged and must not have lost its resalable properties.
- The original box should not be taped, labeled or written on.
- You must send the product in a Sportime box or in a box where it will not be damaged, other than its original box.
- Products that do not comply with these conditions will be sent back to your address without any action.
- Due to hygiene rules, swimsuits and bikinis cannot be returned.
Can I return a product for which a corporate invoice has been issued?
In order to return the product(s) for which a corporate invoice has been issued, you must first have your company issue a return invoice.
The product to be returned must be unused with all its accessories, must not have lost its saleable feature and its original box must not be damaged. You must send the product in a Sportime box or in a box that will not be damaged, other than the original box.
Products whose original boxes are damaged (the original box has been taped, a label has been put on it, or written on it, etc.) will not be returned and will be sent back to your address.
Note: Products for which no return invoice is issued will be sent to your address without a refund.
How can I send the product I want to return?
You can send the product and its invoice with cash on delivery via Yurtiçi Kargo (Customer Code: 895908556) by filling out the return form at the bottom of the invoice.

How long does it take to get a refund?
When the product(s) reach our warehouse, they are subject to the necessary checks and the return instructions are sent to the relevant banks within 2 - 7 business days. If a return instruction is sent to the bank, you will be notified to your registered e-mail address.
I received an email stating that a refund has been made, but I cannot see the amount in my account?
The time it takes for the refund amount to be reflected in your account may vary depending on the bank's processes and we cannot intervene in this process. For purchases made by credit card;
- The relevant amount is reflected on the card by the bank within an average of 10 business days.
- If the payment was made before the statement date, the refund amount will appear on the first statement, if it was made after the statement date, it will appear on the next statement.
- Sportime pays the entire refund amount and the bank pays the refund amount in the same number of installments as the number of installments in which the purchase was made. In purchases made with a debit card (account card); the relevant amount will be reflected on the debit (account) card with which you made the payment by the bank within an average of 15 business days.

Why is my refund reflected in my account in installments?
Sportime.com.tr directs the amount of the purchases made in installments to the bank in one go. The bank pays back the refund amount in the same number of installments as the number of installments the purchase was made in. For example: If you bought the product in 3 installments, the refund will be completed by the bank in 3 months.
PRODUCT REVIEW
Can I send the product/products I purchased to Sportime.com.tr for review?
You can send the product you want to inspect to our company by filling in the "return" section at the bottom of the invoice, with our contracted Yurtiçi Kargo (Customer Code: 895908556) as cash on delivery.
Complaints about the product, full address and contact information must be written on the invoice.
