At Sportime.com.tr, orders are prepared within 1-2 days, and orders placed on weekends and public holidays are prepared on the first following business day. Orders are delivered to cargo within an average of 2-4 business days.

We deliver your orders to your address in every region of Türkiye, but unfortunately we cannot deliver abroad and to Cyprus at the moment.

Cargo delivery times may vary depending on the areas designated as mobile areas and where deliveries are made on certain days of the week.

After your order is delivered to the cargo, we send the cargo tracking information to the contact information you provided during the order via e-mail and SMS. You can see the order status and estimated delivery date by logging into your account and visiting the My Orders page.
