Raffle Participation Conditions
1. The winners among the Sneaks Up friends who participate in the draw will have the right to purchase the relevant product.

2. Pre-request collection for the draw will be made until the specified day and time.

3. To participate in the draw, you must be a Sneaks Up member and fill out the participant information form completely. If there is an error in the information used in membership, participation in the draw will be considered invalid.

4. The raffle number to be sent by Sneaks Up is specific to the name, phone number, e-mail address and size requested by the participant as stated in the Sneaks Up membership and on the form.

5. A separate draw is made for each size, and the number of draw numbers generated by the system is equal to the number of pre-orders received for that size of the draw product.

6. In the draw, a main winner and a reserve winner will be determined for each size according to the stock quantity.

7. Each participant has only one right to participate in the raffle. In case of participation for more than one size, the user's right to participate in the raffle for all sizes will be deemed invalid.

8. In order to purchase the product online, the winning participants in the draw must send their legal documents showing the identity information they declared in their Sneaks Up membership and information form to raffle@sneaksup.com via e-mail.

9. The draw will be published on Sneaks Up social media accounts. Additionally, Sneaks Up Customer Relations department will reach out to the winning Sneaks Up friends using the contact information they provided.

10. Winners must purchase their products within 2 days. Otherwise, their purchasing rights will be forfeited and the winners will proceed in order from the reserves determined in the draw.

11. In case of winning the right to purchase, the size information selected in the draw cannot be changed and a purchase cannot be made on behalf of someone else.

12. If more than one delivery request is detected to the same name, phone number and/or address, the participant loses all of his/her rights and proceeds from the reserves determined in the draw.

13. Sneaks Up has the right to change, postpone or cancel the raffle and campaign conditions if it deems necessary.
